You’ll never know where words will fall
Be they written, signed, expressed
But be assured they will find a space
Take life or come to rest.

Idle tongues with great delight
Will no doubt embellish
The bully in them open eyed
Damage done will relish.

But don’t despair for if you care
That kindness in your soul
Will like a rainbow promise
A troubled mind console.

A guardian angel by my side

Through the year friends have past
There were times shadow’s cast
Moments then of deep despair
By your bedside, silent prayer.
In my heart this I know
That because you loved me so
Life in time will heal the scars
Your light will shine in shooting stars.
Constantly an inspiration
You are my daily stimulation
Through my sadness softly guide
A guardian angel by my side.
