Relax, rewind, reduce the pace.

Do you drive down to the gym
Step into the pool and swim
Eat green lettuce for your tea
Bathe yourself in oils – tea tree.

Out of bed do some press ups
Apple Watch for your check up.
Or do you walk down to the shop
View life from nearby hilltop.

Take a moment just to breathe
Sit upon a park bench- read
Dip your toe into the sea
Paddle right up to your knee.

You may find your mind is clearer
Next time you look into a mirror
A smile returned onto your face
Relax, rewind, reduce the pace.
